The house is walking distance from North Street and Harbourside and only 20 minutes to town.

I am a self-employed potter working from a studio in the garden. My adult children are around occasionally for short breaks. The atmosphere in the house is rather chilled. It's friendly but it's not a party house.

This is a vegan/vegetarian household and there is no smoking in the house. However, there is a garden in the back where you're welcome to smoke. .
