I am looking for a friendly, tidy and considerate housemate to share my beautiful house. You would be living with me (female professional) and my two little dogs. Ideally you would be an animal lover as my two fluffsters will definitely want to be your friends. I work from home 3 days a week.

The common areas include a bathroom with bath and separate shower, a spacious living room with a big TV and lots of books, a utility room with a washing machine & tumble dryer, a separate w/c on the ground floor, and a gorgeous, well-equipped kitchen/diner facing out into the South-facing garden. Outside there is a patio with comfy seating for fine weather days and the wildlife-friendly garden has bird feeders (visitors include tits, woodpeckers, and goldfinches), flowers, strawberries, and an ornamental pond.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac a short walk away from shops and a bus stop. Eden Park train station is around 10 min walk away (or an insignificant bus ride), Elmer's End Station is around a 20-min walk. Trains go into London Bridge (about 26-29 mins) or Charing Cross (about 32-39 mins). There's a David Lloyd gym a short walk away and lovely Kelsey Park is within reach over a longer walk. Beckenham town centre, with its shops, cafes, restaurants and cinema, is a short bus ride away.

Rent is inclusive of all bills including utilities, council tax, fast broadband, various TV streaming services, and a weekly cleaner. There is no on-site parking but usually plenty of spaces for street parking.

Ps. There is also a box room that could be made available for an additional £400 pcm for a housemate requiring more space and intending to work from home. I have a desk and office chair available to furnish the box room as an office if required. The room is currently used as a gym and equipped with a rower and TV.
