Hello... I'm a live-in landlord who is looking for a new tenant for my spare double bedroom with ensuite. My home is in a decent location minutes from the high street and 10-13 minutes walk to the station.
All bills are included, I have excellent fibre WiFi.
I have a quiet and calm house, I rarely have visitors and do not have loud music or TV.
I live alone with my dog ( small Boston terrier) and spend most of my free time in my bedroom as this has access to my garden.
Ideally I'd like a single professional but I would consider a couple at an extra cost.
