A small room is available for a full time student only in a house near Cardiff University and a short walk to supermarkets, Cathays station, parks and city centre. The room is available from 1st of July

The room is furnished with single bed, wardrobe, desk and drawers.

There are 2 bath/shower rooms, a shared living/dining room (with tv) and kitchen with fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave, washing and drying machines. Outside is a garden with a seating area.

The rent includes wifi, water and all bills except gas and electricity which are calculated each month.
