Hey everyone!

We have a room up for grabs in our lovely townhouse located on a quiet street in Holloway. Cute coffee shops, bakeries, gyms and a few bars located nearby. Waitrose, Morrison’s, M&S and Tesco all on the doorstep. Great bus links, 10 min walk to Finsbury Park station and easy walk straight to Highbury, Hampstead, Camden, etc.

The house has 4 floors, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The space is open plan with high ceilings and a skylight. The glazed doors into the garden open up completely which is great in summer! We have an amazing garden with a beautiful fig tree, outdoor decking and a BBQ.

Available on 13th of June, the room (pictured) is a double, facing the garden and while it’s the smallest in the house, it has loads of storage. While technically unfurnished, the housemate who is leaving the room is happy to sell some of the larger items such as the bed. Rent is £918 a month, all bills included (this includes water, gas, electricity, council tax, cleaner, and household stuff such as toilet paper, spices, olive oil, etc.

About the housemates:

Eva, 31, our gentle and kind hearted German resident who is saving the planet in the renewables sector. At the weekend you’ll find her seeking out nature, reading, hiking and watching sports & lesbian dating shows.

Chris, 42, an electrical engineer with an eye for interior design. Some creative passions including photography and carpentry, he has made a lot of the stuff you can see in the house, tends to the houseplants and is the dad of our two wonderful cats.

Lorraine, 29, from Ireland currently studying Psychology. She can be found cycling, park strolling and playing soccer on the weekends. Also a fan of a comedy gigs/live music. Surprisingly, fond of a quiet pint of Guinness.

We have two cats, Mulder and Scully who are very well behaved, bring us lots of entertainment and love a cuddle!

Everyone has their own things going on but we also feel like this is our home together, we love a laze around watching TV or get together and have bbqs, games nights, dinners or take aways!

We’re looking for someone likeminded, loves cats, is clean, respectful and queer friendly who wants to make the house a home.
