I am seeking an easy going, working female lodger to rent my small double room. I have a fairly rustic but lovely, quiet cottage in Afonwen, situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Rural location within easy driving distance to Mold or Denbigh etc, and handy for the A55.

I am happy to consider WLM couples. (£150 pw.)

I have one indoor cat. I often work from home. I am out quite a lot in the evening so you will be able to use the living room more than I do!

Netflix, Prime Video and YouTube etc on TV, no live TV or BBC currently available. Alexa system in lounge.

Basic kitchen with fridge, storage space, microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer, soup maker, crockery and utensils available.

I vape and I am happy if you would like to vape inside or to smoke outdoors.

This is not suitable for visitors, overnight guests or for working from home due to space and privacy please.
