I am a surgical resident working at the local Equine Hospital and have a very lovely Springer Spaniel who lives with me. The house is a 3-bed property, but I only rent out one room, so friends and family can come to stay in the spare room. The house has off-street parking and a garden that gets the sun all evening in the summer. The house is within walking distance of Neston/Parkgate and the local gym/swimming pool.
