Conveniently located for Essex Uni. Great bus service close by. Property is in a lovely quiet location next to nature reserve, a 5 minute walk to Avon Way and transport.
The room has a small double bed and is comfortable. There is sole use of bathroom next to bedroom. Full use of house and garden.
As a retired professional (education and full DBS checked ) I appreciate the needs of students who require perfect conditions for studying but also the need to entertain friends in this attractive modern house.
Prospective lodgers can chat with my present lodger about living in this property. It has been a successful and pleasant 3 years.
The room is for a FEMALE only.
I am friendly, kind, supportive and respectful of my lodger helping ensure her time here is happy and successful.
I have one friendly cat (Luna) so prospective tenants should enjoy the company of her.
There is adequate private parking.
My hope is to find a new lodger who will see this as a happy comfortable convenient home and see me more as a mature supportive friend than as a landlord. Sharing requires mutual respect for the arrangement to succeed.
