Hi! I’m Holly and me and my housemate Ari are looking for some new people to join the household! I work from home, sing in a band and host karaoke at weekends. Ari is a teaching assistant who loves drawing, gaming and hanging out with friends. Our current housemates have just gotten engaged so they’re moving on which means we’ve got two rooms coming up!
The house has a living room, dining room, decent sized kitchen, a shower room upstairs and a bathroom downstairs. We also have a massive garden, perfect for BBQ’s in the summer 🌞
We’re in Earlsdon which is a decent area in Coventry - loads of good spots on the high street, close to Canley station and about a 30 min walk from the uni.
I also have a cat called Mia :)
The small room is available now at £350pm and the double room is free from 4th June at £400pm. Couples are welcome! Both rooms would be taken at £390pp per month. Bills aren’t included but are estimated at roughly £100pm per person. Council tax band is B.
