We are both primary school teachers (female aged 28 and male aged 30). We live in a quiet, green area in Coulsdon, just a minute away from a beautiful park and 4 minute walk away from the beautiful Farthing Downs if you fancy an evening stroll with spectacular views.

Whilst the area is extremely convenient, and you can travel to many areas of central London and Gatwick Airport within half an hour or less, it’s a very quiet and safe area.

We have a 4 bedroom house and we share a room on the top floor of the house. You would have the first floor to yourself other than occasional use of the toilet (we do also have an en-suite which is mostly used for the toilet and always used for the shower). The shower will be completely your own and the first floor will generally be just for you.
