Large room with king size bed available for short term lets. You can rent by the night (£30 per night), by the week (£200) or by the month (£700). My house is 5mn walk to Dorchester hospital and there is free off road parking right in front of the house. I accommodate hospital staff on a regular basis as I have another spare room. I can accommodate staff who work night shifts.
The room is furnished and comfortable. It has a large king size bed, a chest of drawers and a desk. You can store food in the fridge and guests can use the kitchen providing they clean after themselves and they don't spend more than 30mn in the kitchen at a time to allow for my family's privacy. The house is very clean and modern.
Free wi-fi is provided.
There is a small supermarket and a pub nearby. Town centre is also within 15 mn walking distance.
I am a friendly live-in landlady with my 2 children aged 14 and 16 and no pets. There can be other guests in the house because I have another spare room and I accommodate hospital staff on a regular basis. The bathroom is shared with other guests who are generally regulars and nice people.
I ask all guests to keep the noise to the minimum after 10 pm and to take shoes off inside. I also ask guests to leave all shared areas clean and tidy. For instance, you would have to ensure shower is clean after use.
