Cosy 2-bedroom flat in the centre of town, perfect for students. It is very close to both uni and shops. The flat has a shared bathroom and a joint kitchen and living room area that’s great for relaxing or studying.
The available bedroom is oriented towards the back garden rather than the street, so it’s peaceful and quiet. The flat has a lot of storage space, including a separate area with a washing machine and lots of shelf space, another wardrobe in the hallway, and a big wardrobe in the bedroom itself. The flat also has gas central heating.

You would be sharing with a very friendly and clean girl who is going into her 4th year of studying Mathematics.
I’ve already moved my belongings out, so the room is available immediately if needed, and the move-in date is flexible but has to be by 1 of July latest.
