30 year old professional and I’ve been living in this house for 5 years since it was built!
It’s a quiet and friendly estate with great access to Durham, Gateshead, Newcastle and Sunderland.

Looking to rent out my space as I live at my partners home!
Looking for someone friendly, easy going and conscientious to make use of my beloved house!

All costs are included except a security check £27 prior to renting, gas and electric charged monthly on usage and £500 deposit.

Also please note the house is up for sale so you may need to accommodate viewings and there will be a 4 week notice period for the end of the agreement. However a sale on average takes 16 weeks to complete and as soon as a completion date is set we will confirm a move out date!
(As with any contract for the property notice period is 4 weeks for both parties, however I would let the tenant know the date for completion as soon as confirmed which would be a minimum of 4 weeks notice, no different to the terms of the contract when the house was not up for sale, thanks.)
