This peaceful and lovely flat is located in Stoke Newington, 10 mins away from the overground (Clapton / Rectory Road), 10 mins away from Liverpool Street by Overground and 15 min away by foot from Church Street where you can find an oasis of cafes and restaurants. The place has a balcony and nice a rooftop and it’s very quiet. It is ideal for a couple. If you're looking as friends, you can split the room rent as you wish - it is indicative the split up in the ad. The prince includes utilities, you need to pay extra for the internet and possibly council tax.

We are looking for someone respectful who can take good care of the flat. Ideally, someone that needs the furniture as well, as we are relocating from the country. It will come with all the furniture from the images for £645 (2 beds in a great condition - 1 king, 1 double, dining table with chairs, beautiful working desk, lighting appliances, storage etc.)
The screen is also to be sold, but it is not included in the price, but we can arrange separately, if interested. The sofa is not included either as we received for free. It is up to you what you'd like to do with it. If you don't need all the furniture objects, we can arrange separately one by one.
Very importantly, the flat is also equipped with a dishwasher and with a lovely community of neighbours, local shop 2 mins away and a local pub.!
