The Flat
I'm looking for a flatmate to join me in my flat in London Fields.
The flat is in a fantastic location just a 2-minute walk from London Fields Overground (Weaver Line), with direct trains into Liverpool Street. Walk another minute and you're in London Fields Park, and the area is packed with great pubs, cafes and shops.
The flat itself is spacious, with an open plan living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, electric hob and a full size dishwasher. There's also a private terrace which gets the afternoon sun.
The flat has one large bathroom with a bath/shower. The available bedroom is a good sized double (ask for measurements) and comes with a bed and mattress, plus a wardrobe and chest of drawers if needed (or you're welcome to bring your own).
The flat is furnished by me, but if you have any furniture you'd like to bring, just let me know.
Rent: £1,500 per month (rent will not be increased for another 12 months)
Bills: Usually around £110 per month (including internet, water, council tax and electricity)

Flat is available from 13/07 if that suits!
About Me
Hi, I'm Ellen. I've lived in London Fields for around two years and absolutely love the area. I work in the city 2/3 days a week and spend my evenings either relaxing at home watching reality TV/reading, in the park or catching up with friends.
Outside of work, I enjoy going to the pub, reading in the park, visiting museums and spending time with friends. About one weekend a month I head back to Kent to see family and friends.
I'm looking for someone with a similar lifestyle. Ideally someone who works in the office a few days a week, enjoys a quiet night in during the week, but also appreciates a drink (share a bottle of wine?) on a Friday evening <3
