I'm off travelling and will be subletting my room while I'm awah for 6 months! We’re looking for a friendly, easy-going housemate to join our four-bedroom home in a quiet gated mews in Mile End.


The Room:

You’ll share the bathroom with just one other person. It has an overhead and handheld shower, underfloor heating and a heated towel rail.


The House:
Downstairs there’s a large fully equipped kitchen/dining area and a separate living room, with French doors opening onto a west-facing garden. In summer it’s a great spot for drinks, dinners and hanging out.


The house is within a small gated mews of eight homes. There’s a friendly community between the houses, including a neighbours’ WhatsApp group and occasional get-togethers.


Location:
2-minute walk to Mile End station
There are also plenty of pubs, restaurants, cafés and markets nearby, with Columbia Road, Bethnal Green, Bow and the rest of East London easily accessible.


Who We’re Looking For:
Someone friendly, sociable and considerate.
We’re sociable and enjoy chatting or hanging out together when we’re around, but everyone has their own lives and we’re equally respectful of each other’s space and downtime.
