Hey folks,

I'm moving out at the end of July, leaving the second bedroom with a double bed available from August 1st approximately.

The flat is a two bedroom with an open plan kitchen/living room. on the ground floor of a terraced block. There is a front garden and south facing shared backyard. We have some furniture and a barbeque in the yard.

You will be sharing with Alex, a working physicist, so no preference for council tax. Bills + internet are ~£75/month. Pets are welcome, as a previous flatmate had a dog also.
