Hi there, I am a 30 year old graduate male with a sunny double bedroom to let in a quiet two bedroom top floor central flat.

The room would be suitable for Masters/ PhD student. The flat is situated next to the canal at the bottom of Viewforth with easy access into town and/or Uni by a 15 minute walk, in addition to good bus links.

The rental is @ £680 pcm which includes council tax, gas, electricity and wifi. No smokers or benefit claimants. A security deposit of £600 and ID is required.

The preferred rental period is for 10 months starting 3rd of May, though later starts and shorter term lets are available.

My dog Gulliver, a 9 year old Parsons Terrier, also lives here.
