We have a cozy double room to rent in a shared 2nd floor flat in Bruntsfield. Right next to loads of cafés, shops and only 5 mins walk from Bruntsfield Links.

The flat is big and airy with loads of communal space. We have a big kitchen/dining/sitting room area with all the mod cons you might need. Electric cooker, microwave, two fridges, etc.

It is an old Edinburgh flat so doesn’t get roasting, but has gas central heating and is warmer than most in winter. A new bathroom was put in fairly recently and the shower is great.

There is no letting agent, we just sort it out for the landlord who is very easy to deal with.

You would be sharing with 3 other professionals - Michelle, Lauren and Juan. We are all pretty independent, living different busy lives, but get together for a chat and a laugh in the communal area.

We are looking for a friendly and considerate person to share our home with us.

Due to the landlord’s insurance policies, you need to be employed full-time, self-employed or a post-graduate student. We would like someone who wants to commit to the flat long term and would be willing to stay for at least 6 months. The flat is fully HMO licensed and each room has its own tenancy agreement.
