The current household is two female PhD students from England and the Philippines who study at Heriot-Watt Uni. Female flatmate preferred. We keep the flat clean, quiet, and tidy, and it is important that the new flatmate will do the same.

Bills: Paid on the 5th of the month. Wifi is £9.83pp per month. Electricity is a PAYG smart meter and ranges from approx £60pp in summer to £90pp in winter (based on winter 2022 and summer 2023).

Amenities: Bus routes 3, 25, 30, 33, 35, X27 and X28 stop nearby. Asda, Aldi, Tesco Express, M&S Foodhall are all within 10 minutes walking distance. By bus, Princes St takes approximately 20-25 minutes, Heriot-Watt takes approx. 15-20 minutes, and University of Edinburgh George Sq campus takes approx 25-35 minutes (traffic dependent).
