The room is large and dual aspect and located next to the kitchen. There is a sofa, a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster in the room as well as a double bed, clothing rail and plenty of cupboard space.

The house is on three floors. My son and I live on the top floor with our dog and have our own bathroom.

I work as a music teacher and have a dedicated teaching space on the bottom floor.

There is a shower room on the bottom floor which we rarely use.

My son is 19 and is a student, our dog Enzo is very friendly and quiet most of the time although he does bark at the post man.

The street is very quiet as there is no through traffic, we live very close to several bus routes and a 20 minute walk from the city centre. There are essential shops less than 5 minutes walk from our house, and we are 10 minutes from Lidl, Tesco and other large supermarkets.
