Room available in a friendly 2 bed flat in Duddingston from around mid to late November, as my current flatmate is moving out. I've lived here for a year and it's been great.

Rent is £575/month plus bills. There are really good bus links into town.

The flat comes furnished, but the landlords have removed furniture for us before no problem, so you could ask about bringing your own.

I'm looking for someone friendly, respectful and considerate, who's happy to hang out in the shared space but also values their own time. I'd love us to get on, so I'm happy to have a quick chat first to see if we'd be a good fit.

About me: I'm a student and I work part time so I'm out a fair bit, but I'm always up for a chat and a bake (I make a mean banana bread).

I'm queer and would like to live with fellow queer people only. I'd also prefer a student, for council tax purposes.
