Hi, I’m looking for a flatmate to move in from 1st January into a 2 Bed/ 2 Bath flat as unfortunately my lovely flatmate is moving out. The move in date could potentially be earlier.

Costs: the rent would come to £840 a month. Bills are ~£55/ month and wifi £15/month. So in total: £910/ month.

About the flat/room: The flat has a nice large kitchen and bright living room. It is within walking distance to the tram and bus links and several grocery shops. The room is a bright ensuite and has two built in wardrobes, and would come with the bed, chest of drawers, nightstand and bookshelf included. The flat heats really well in the winter and is in a lovely quiet residential area with lots of green space. You can also register for free parking.

I would prefer to live with a girl/ femme. This is a queer friendly flat :) I’d be looking to live with another student for council tax reasons but working professionals are welcome as long as you’re happy to cover council tax costs. I’d definitely be open to living with a couple, in which case we’d split the rent three ways and each pay £527 (bills not incl.). I love animals so would be happy for you to come with a pet (landlord is fine with this), but you would be responsible for any additional costs.

A bit about me: I’m 23 and just started my masters at University of Edinburgh. I’ve lived in Edinburgh for 6 years. I’m clean, easygoing, and I like to think a good mix of both extroverted and introverted, so I like to socialise but also like to have some chill and alone time. I have a boyfriend who often comes to visit on weekends.
