A friendly and happy family are seeking a Helpful Housemate for their home to give them a little bit of help – up to 5 hours a week - in exchange for the lower-than-market- rent.
They would appreciate a calm and gentle housemate who would be happy to lend a hand around the home and garden, and ideally someone who would also be able to help the children (aged 5 and 10) with homework on some days, and perhaps occasionally picking up from their local school (only if the timings worked). It is a really clean, tidy and well-cared for home, so the Helpful Housemate is also requested to keep their bedroom clean and tidy, and leave any communal areas such as the bathroom and kitchen clean and tidy after use.
The accommodation on offer is a well-presented double bedroom with two large fitted wardrobes, and shared use of the bathroom, kitchen, sitting room and garden.
The property is located in Watford, just 2 minutes’ walk from North Watford Station, approx. 20 minutes’ walk from Watford Junction, and close to Junction 5 of the M1.
Helpful Housemates usually work or study and have a few spare hours each week to offer a light hand to their Hosts. The ideal Helpful Housemate will be a positive, kind, helpful, clean and tidy and reliable female non-smoker.
