Hi there. I have one room available for a responsible person in a lovely flat. This room is ideally suited for someone who isn’t here all the time. So either Monday to Friday or a couple of weeks in total each month. The room has plenty of storage but I do need to leave some things there. It’ll have less in it than in the pictures.

The flat is in a beautiful victorian manor arts and crafts house. Quiet and safe. Very green outside. Large kitchen diner. Miele washing machine and dishwasher. Beautiful communal garden.

Free parking in the street which you don’t see frequently nowadays. Excellent connections to get to the City.

The rent is £185 per week ( all bills included) , unless you need the room just for a couple of days a week in which case it can be less.
