I'm looking to rent my spare room (currently set up as an office) to a professional who is very quiet, clean and kind to animals and people.
Finding the right lodger is important to me so please read the whole ad.

This will not suit someone who parties hard or goes out late every evening.

The room is currently set up as a home office but is furnished, including a comfy sofa bed (I sleep one downstairs), a built in wardrobe with hanging rail, shelving unit, large drawers, bedside lamp and table, a desk and desk chair. We can negotiate swapping out the sofa bed to a normal bed.

There is no ensuite.

There is a parking space outside although you may need to park in one of the laybys on the cul-de-sac.

Its a very safe, quiet, family cul-de-sac. Bus stop right outside, good links to Bristol, Parkway, M4/M5/M32, Aztec West, shops, vets, drs, nature reserves.

Kitchen has an induction hob, double oven, coffee machine, microwave, washer, drier, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, table and chairs, shared pans, utensils and dinnerware to use. Bathroom has an electric shower. There isn't much storage in the shared rooms so would suit someone with very few possessions.

Rooms are good sized, clean, modern.

I work from home 9-5. I have autism and ADHD so am needing you to be mindful of this disability as the living room is not shared space, so I need a lodger who will respect my home and safety as well as that of the lodger in the other room who works 5am-4pm
I also have an indoor cat who is cute but hairy and needs to be an only pet

Female preferred but will consider guys so long as we get on well, I'm friendly but not social. Divergent & queer friendly household.

Would ideally suit someone who likes their own space too.
