Hello hello hello!

I am looking for someone to share a spacious 2 bedroom flat with our lovely flatmate Irene as I no longer live in Glasgow.

The flat is directly across from Bellahouston park, about 20 minutes cycle from Glasgow University and the City Centre. We are one minute walk from the bus stop on Paisley Road West and very close to the gym, supermarket, M8, and close to the climbing centre, Ibrox subway station and Pollock Park. Having Bellahouston Park so close is fabulous in all seasons!

The flat comprises a large and luminous living room, shared equipped kitchen (hopefully new in August!) and bathroom and two double fully furnished rooms. The room we are renting comprises a double bed, a desk and two open storage units for clothes. It faces West and receives lots of light and warmth in the afternoon, as does the living room. The flat has double glazing and central gas heating, with a new boiler installed in September 2021. It is energy efficient (energy, WiFi and council tax (band B) not included in rent) and there is also a shared garden. Available to move in end of August / beginning of September.

Irene is a Spanish, 29 year old vet who loves adventures in the outdoors during her time off. She also enjoys live music in the city centre. We are looking for someone to share the bills with her, but also to have a good time with, either in the pub or on an island ! She is great fun and is looking forward to meeting new folks.
