looking for a new flat mate!

cosy double room available in glasgow, two bed, ground floor, spacious flat. the flat is furnished but the room will be empty as my current flatmate will be taking her things. It will be a lease takeover from my current flatmate so the flat will be in mine and your name.

location:
Dennistoun glasgow, next to plenty of busses and a train station. 15/20 min bus ride from glasgow central with a huge park down the road, lovely area, down the street from a lidl, coop, iceland and lots of charity shops.

about me:
my name is precious (she/they) and I’m a 20 year old queer creative from Ireland. I appreciate a communal living area and spending time with flatmates-games nights, hosting dinners together, going on walks! i also so appreciate being alone and recharging. I love cooking and baking, watching movies, art and poetry and anything nature and outdoors.

cost:
rent is £950 halfed equally which comes out to £475 each p/m exl bills and is payed on the 8th of each month. wifi, gas and electric are payed separately. deposit will be gotten back once the tenancy is over.
