The double bedroom is fully furnished and will be available from the start of August when my current flatmate moves out now she has graduated. There's a double bed, bedside table, desk, 2 x chest of drawers, and a large mirror-door wardrobe with storage and hanging space. The flat is really nice and spacious with a good shared kitchen, living room and bathroom (has a bath and shower). There's also a washing machine/dryer combo (perfect in winter to dry clothes) and storage cupboard in the flat.
It is ground floor, and in a great location just off Byers Road and Dumbarton Road. 2 mins from Kelvinhall subway, bus stops, and a 6 min walk to Partick train station. Lots of supermarkets, pubs, etc nearby, and 5 mins from Kelvingrove Park too.
The monthly rent is £625 each, wifi is £32 (so £16 each), and energy bills typically £45-50 each. Overall then, £686 per month in total.
I am currently a student at Uni of Glasgow and work part-time, so would ideally like another student as a new flatmate but open to everyone! I'm 22, and I enjoy watching films, going walks, cooking, and seeing my friends in my free time.
I'd like a flatmate who is fairly clean/tidy, and a friendly and relaxed person in general.
