The flat is situated a 2-minute walk from Kelvindale train station and a 10-minute walk from Anniesland train station. Great Western Road is a 15-minute walk away. There is plenty of nature around, with the canal and Dawsholm park within a 5-minute walk. Plenty of small shops nearby and a large Morrisons 10 minutes away.

Rent includes all bills, including WiFi. Students preffered for council tax purposes. Happy to consider non-students, but council tax would be added onto the monthly rent.
