Good sized room to rent (bills included) in spacious bright flat. There is a dressing area off the main bedroom so the space feels airy and relaxed with plenty room for your belongings. Shared bathroom, kitchen and access to living room if wanted. Large garden space that you’re welcome to use with access to great walking on the doorstep. Looking for somebody who tidies up after themselves, likes dogs (I’ve got a very friendly bichon frise) and isn’t a party animal! I work full time and my preference would be for someone who works also. Access to shared drive or on road parking and public transport is within walking distance. Motorway is 5 minutes drive. The flat is located on a country road 5 minutes drive from The Fort shopping centre, so lots of shops and eateries close by.
