The whole third floor of my townhouse, near to Farnborough Main (35 mins to Waterloo).
The room is 28ft long with a king-size bed, a wall of built-in wardrobes and a good-sized ensuite shower room.
I’m keen to make the as comfortable as possible for the right person, and open to adding a Desk and chair, a small seating area and a wall-mounted TV, as there is ample space in the room (please see the pictures and floor plan included).
Downstairs you have use of the kitchen. There is parking out front, and also a garden and garage as required for extra storage (e. g. for bikes).
This place will suit someone friendly, clean and easy going. Ideally working professional who is office or site-based most of the week and wants a private, well-kept place to come back to.
A Mon to Fri let is also an option
About me: 34, work in London, out most of the week. Recently moved to the area from NW London. I'm friendly and easy going. I value my own space and a clean and calm environment. Very respectful of other people’s space.
The house is quiet, clean and non-smoking.
