Renting out a double room in my house. Price is for the main bedroom at the front of the house with king size bed.

I'm not around much so full use of living room/kitchen very welcome at all times, as well as the patio (chairs/table outside not shown). For single occupancy, however reasonable visitors I have no issue with. Also agreeable with part use of garage.

Initially looking for max 6 months but longer may be possible early next year.

Will update with some better photos of inside ASAP, ones taken just to give an idea.
