Spacious, fully furnished double room with its own private en-suite shower room, available in a modern, comfortable home in Ledbury.

The room is bright and generously sized, with a double bed, bedside furniture, chest of drawers and a desk, making it ideal for someone who occasionally works from home.

You’ll also have use of the large, modern shared kitchen and garden with outdoor seating.

I’m the homeowner and live at the property. It’s a relaxed, friendly household, and I’m looking for someone considerate, tidy and easy-going who wants somewhere comfortable to call home.

Ideally suited to a working professional, someone relocating to the area, or someone working locally during the week.

£750 per calendar month, including bills.

Happy to arrange viewings and have a chat to see whether it’s a good fit for both of us.
