Hi! I’m renting my apartment just a one‑minute walk from Ilford Station for a short two‑month stay, available from tomorrow. It’s a bright, comfortable flat with two balconies, quiet neighbors, and everything you need to feel at home this summer.

The apartment is fully furnished, including a double bed and a double sofa bed, and the kitchen comes equipped with all essentials plus a fridge and freezer. If you enjoy running or relaxing outdoors, Valentines Park is just around the corner.

Ilford is extremely well connected: the Elizabeth Line takes you straight to Heathrow Airport and gets you to Central London in about 30 minutes, making it perfect for commuting or exploring the city.

The rent for the full two months is £1,400, and it includes internet and electricity. The electricity bill is usually around £45 per month; I cover costs up to £60. If the bill goes above that, the difference will be deducted from the £200 deposit.

To secure the flat, payment for the two months (£2,800) is required upfront, along with a copy of your passport.
