The house is just three years old, with a shared bathroom (bath and shower), downstairs w. c. ,comfortable living areas and a pretty garden.
Ideally suited to a working professional or mature student who is friendly, tidy, considerate and respectful of shared spaces who would enjoy living in a relaxed, welcoming home.
