Hi, I'm Alexander, a third year International Relations student at St Andrews and a coach at the University's Judo Club.

I'm offering a fully furnished double room in my owner-occupied-three-bedroom house. As I live here myself, I take pride in keeping the property comfortable, clean, and well maintained.

Council Tax Band D (however because I am a student I am exempt from paying council tax)

It's a 12 minute bike ride into the centre of town (with pleasant access via the Lade Braes), alternatively there are two bus services that run every 20 minutes.

I'm looking for a friendly, considerate undergraduate or postgraduate student who would enjoy a relaxed and respectful living environment. The house is sociable and welcoming, but not a party house.
