We are a friendly, professional couple. The house is welcoming, peaceful and family-oriented, making it particularly suitable for someone who values privacy and a calm environment for studying or working.

We would especially welcome a considerate PhD or postgraduate student, visiting academic, researcher or professional. Other mature students are also very welcome.

We are looking for someone who is clean, kind and respectful, and who will take good care of the newly completed studio and furnishings. This is a peaceful home rather than a party house.

Single occupancy only. No smoking or vaping inside, no pets and no parties. Occasional visitors can be discussed in advance.

Rent and bills

The rent is £950 per calendar month.

Central heating, broadband and the usual household bills are included. Electricity is charged separately through a clear, usage-based arrangement that will be explained and agreed before moving in.

We would ideally prefer someone looking to stay for the academic year, with a minimum term of approximately nine months.

Availability

The studio is expected to be available from 5 September 2026. The renovation has been approved, and the work is progressing. We will provide interested applicants with progress updates and confirm the final move-in date before any agreement is completed.
