The kitchen also has a door out to a spacious garden with a shed, mini greenhouse, pond and veggie patch which you are welcome to make the most of if you are green fingered! The house rent includes a fast broadband with EE also. The double room is nice and light room with a view across to the helm. It is fully furnished with a brand new double bed frame and mattress (you are welcome to use your own mattress if preferred), chest of drawers and chair. It is a lovely warm, friendly, tidy and clean house. I will miss it when I’m gone! The current lodger is an animal lover and enjoys all things outdoors! (And music!) The space allows for a nice place to socialise but also have calm quiet time. All bills are inclusive in the rent money.
