Hey there! We are looking for a person to take on a room in our friendly 6-bedroom student house (2024/2025 tenancy) available to move in anytime after the 1st July 2024. The rent is £130 per week (all bills included) with a deposit of £300.

It is situated on the Headingly/Hyde Park border, close to shops, pubs, public transport links and the university district. The bedroom room is spacious and on the same floor as the main bathroom. The room contains a double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and chest of draws. The living room and kitchen are also spacious, with the kitchen connecting to a small outdoor patio area. There are 2 toilets and 2 showers spaced across 3 bathrooms.
