I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a 6 bed 2 bath house from January 1st 2027, (or December 1st if you can move in sooner).

Rent- £150 per week, bills included.

Location- Hyde park, really close to Golden Beam, about a 20/25 min walk to uni.

Really big bedroom, furnished. House has 5 other girls living in it who are all really friendly and sociable. Kitchen has washer, dryer, dishwasher and 2 large fridge freezers. There is free street parking outside.

Would be looking for a student, preferably a girl, let me know if you’re interested! ☺️
