Hi! We're 2 second year graphic design students looking for another housemate to fill our house! We're both clean, social, enjoy a good night in as well as a couple of drinks at the pub.
The house is in great condition, very spacious, furnished, includes bills except from wifi that we pay for ourselves. The house comes with one bathroom that we all share and keep well and clean.
We're located in the student triangle, a 15 minute walk from the University, and only a 8 minute walk from town. Tesco and Lidl are only a 5 minute walk away, and Puregym 8 minutes.

Initial deposit: £300
