Our flatmate is moving out so we’re looking for someone to take over the tenancy from 28th June.

The flat is right in the city centre (perfect location for shops, bars & the train station!). It’s super light & airy and the room available is a large double room (furnished with bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers & bedside tables) ☺️ The bathroom is only shared with 1 flatmate as the other person has an en-suite.

We both work Mon–Fri and are pretty chilled, enjoy walks and hanging out in the flat but also respect our own space. Rent is £479.30, and with bills it comes to roughly £640 ish.
