The flat is close to the town centre and very close to the bus routes and train station.

The lodger will have use of the bathroom, kitchen and lounge as well as the balcony which is currently only used to dry washing in the summer.

Parking on the street outside is only permitted for one hour at a time Monday-Saturday (6pm-8am, parking is unrestricted), however there are multiple nearby streets where parking is available.

I am renting out the room for the next 9 months, after which the entire flat will be available for rent through a local estate agent.
