Hi! I'm a friendly professional looking for a clean, easy-going person to rent my large top-floor attic conversion on a short-term basis.

This is a spacious, light-filled room with a proper lounge feel. It comes fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, two electric reclining 2-seater sofas, a good-sized desk, plenty of storage, and air conditioning. Ready to move into straight away.

The room is on its own floor with a lockable door and stairs, giving you excellent privacy. Downstairs you’ll share a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and a lovely garden. There are two bathrooms (one with bath on the 1st floor, one with shower on the ground floor).

A bit about us:
It’s just me (a recently divorced dad) and my 12-year-old son, who’s here 50% of the time. He’s a friendly Playstation addict who’ll happily challenge you to a game! We live on the 1st floor, so the top floor feels nicely separate.

I’m way past the student-party stage, so I’m hoping to find a clean, respectful, and pleasant professional (or couple) who appreciates a mostly calm and tidy house. I’ll happily consider couples, though the rent will be slightly higher.

A couple of honest notes:
We’re a Keto/Carnivore household, so this probably won’t suit strict vegans or vegetarians (unless you genuinely don’t mind the smell of bacon in the mornings 😄).

This is ideal for someone needing short-to-medium term accommodation as I’ll be moving again soon.
