Our housemate decided to move back home so
We have a spare bedroom in a 3 bedroom semi detached house in Tooting Bec.

The house is about 5mins walk from both Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway underground stations and merely a minute walk from the bus stop with night buses. Situated in a trendy area (which was voted as one of the top ten coolest neighbourhoods to live in London by "Lonely Planet") it has all modern facili-ties such as supermarkets (M&S, LIDL, Sainsbury, Tesco xpress), huge amount of restaurants, cafe's and numerous bars / pubs within short reach. Tooting Common and Tooting Bec Lido are only a few minutes away.

About us: I am a divorced man, I work as a an alternative medicine practitioner and massage therapist . I live with a wonderful lady cat so would prefer not to have any other pets. The other housemate is a pro-fessional working in industry,

we are easygoing, open minded people and looking for another responsible, open minded, easy going housemate. (Monday/Friday let possible too).

This is a quiet/reasonable household, however we do enjoy a bottle of wine, home cooked food, from time to time, and a good laugh. As this is home we would prefer to have someone who helps keeping the place clean, tidy and is responsible of the house and the neighbours.

Room : NOT SUITABLE TO PEOPLE OVER 1.75 m TALL. It's a under the roof compact comfy room, with own staircase access, very light and is situated on the second floor . Double bed with plenty of storage space in room. There is also a desk/studying station .

The house has a living room, well equipped kitchen, a backyard (all of which the occupant have access to).

Financial Terms / Deposit: £600 (bond) + £795 (one month rent) at moving.

Share of Bills is included (includes WIFI -Virgin fibre-, gas and electric, water, council tax, cleaning products, toilet paper.)

Professional or Serious Student only-no self employed (or at least 3 years operating with proof of income).

I am a smoker but do not smoke in the house (except kitchen with back door open- NO SMOKING POLICY IN THE HOUSE INCLUDING BEDROOMS EXCEPT IN PERMITED AREA -KITCHEN-

Monday-Friday can be considered if it helps.

*** term length - it would be nice to have a long term lodger, however we will also consider if you just want to rent for few months only (minimum 6 months) NO TIME WASTERS PLEASE***
