My friend and I are looking for a girl to share a 3 Bed 2 Bath apartment with in a beautiful flat located very centrally in Manchester, about a 25 min walk from campus, 5 min walk from Victoria Station, and 15 min walk from Piccadilly Station.

It is roughly £800 per month, bills not included, fully furnished flat with high quality appliances and washer/dryer included. Rent also includes access to a high tech gym within the apartment complex, dining and entertainment lounges, co-working spaces, cinema room, and more!

We are both students so we don’t pay the council tax but don’t mind if you do/don’t.
Looking for someone clean, respectful, reliable, and of course someone we can be friends with!

A little about me, I’m an incoming PhD student at Manchester and love meeting new people. I love a good balance of going out / cosy nights in with the girls! I also enjoy going to the gym and pilates.
