• The flat features a spacious and open plan living/dining room. This also includes a breakfast bar/shelves and lots of space for plants and decor etc

• Rent = £625/month per person (broadband included)

• Monthly bills (electric/water/TV license/) = £110-125 per person. Council tax = Band A

• The building also includes central heating with a biomass builder - billed every 3 months at around £58 per person

• The flat is situated in a gated complex accessed via fob and includes bike storage and 24 hr security

• Car parking is available - this is charged separately via building management

• Located close to Ancoats Marina (5 min walk), New Islington tram stop and ALDI/Pure Gym
