Looking for someone to fill my room as I'm moving out! You'll be living with two lovely girls in their mid-20s who are really easy-going (we've all lived together for 3.5 years and it's been a dream!). The flat is in Ordsall and has great connections to town (10 min bus or short walk to tram).

The room is huge and has an en-suite and juliette balcony. Comes furnished. The flat itself is also huge and very spacious with loads of storage and has big windows which gets a lot of light. The building has a gym, cinema room, and study spaces included in the rent and secure parking available at an extra cost.

The rent of the room is £660 + bills which are approx £150-200pm. Move in 29th September.
