Looking for a roommate to move into a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom furnished flat in New Islington. The bedroom available has a double bed, as seen on the photos. The flat has a spacious open plan kitchen/living room with a large window overlooking the balcony which brings in loads of natural light. Also comes with free on-street parking.

The location is really convenient, with New Islington Tram Stop just a 1 minute walk away and Piccadilly Train Station around a 5-10 minute walk. Aldi is a 10-15 minute walk away, and there are plenty of gyms nearby too. Ancoats, Northern Quarter and the city centre are all easily accessible.

A bit about me: I'm 26 years old and work as an Analyst for Myprotein, working 8am-4pm. I enjoy a mixed life of sports, socialising and drinking. I'm quite sporty and enjoy watching and playing Football, American Football and Golf as well as following F1 and going to the gym. Outside of work, I'm pretty social and enjoy going out for beers, seeing friends and generally keeping myself busy at weekends.

I'm ideally looking for someone with similar interests who is up for being social and going out for drinks, while also having their own life and giving each other space when needed.

Ideally looking for someone aged between 23-30, who is also a working professional and would be keen to make the most of living in Manchester.

The rent is £600 per month, with bills currently costing around £150 - £160 per month.

Move in date: 17th November, although I may be able to work something out for an earlier date if needed.
